Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand the pain of cancelling a trek. As travelers, we always look forward to trips, and after months of training and planning, if we have to cancel our trip, there’s no greater disappointment than that.

This is why we have a traveler-friendly cancellation policy.

• If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

How to cancel your trek:
In case, you wish to cancel your trek, follow these steps.

1. Send us an email with your name and participant details at contact@mytrekmaster.com only if the booking is liable for any refund as per policies.
2. You will receive an email in 24 hours for your cancellation if the booking is liable for a refund or transfer.
3. The cancellation policy will apply from the receiving of the email
4. It takes around 2-5 working days to get your refund back in source account
5. No on-call cancellation queries will be entertained kindly email for the same
6. In case you send a replacement it shall be for the same date as you booked after confirming with us
7. In case the booking is not liable for a refund as per the above policies kindly do not drop an email and ask for a refund or rescheduling.
8. Only email will be considered for cancellation and no details provided by phone or any WhatsApp message will be considered valid as the cancellation team only responds through email for zero miss communication.
